  26. Compatibility?  If it doesn't run under the emulator it probably is a game or a
  27. demo which usually deserve to crash, and which won't be missed (hell, I haven't
  28. missed games/demos on my Amiga for quite a long time now -- they don't even
  29. come close to what is considered standard in the gaming world today).

  31. Seriously, putting EXTRA hardware on a board for compatibility, and for
  32. compatibility alone (after all the 030 won't give you ANYTHING extra) is quite
  33. ridiculous in my eyes.

  37. And putting a 030 on the board isn't?  Think of what your asking.  You're not
  38. paying just for the 030, but also for (probably custom) hardware to integrate
  39. 030/PPC on the same board without getting in each others way (and I'm not even
  40. considering to let them both run simultaneously).  PPC's are quite cheap to use
  41. (cheaper than using 060's and 040's), relatively the extra 030 would make quite
  42. an impact on the price.
